Then the punters will know something serious is happenning.
POO is reasonably steady in an OPEC "sweet spot" and the criteria the JV had set for the second rig seem to be in place bar opening a few valves.
Ted's "extremely oily" leases just need exploiting and a quick outcome at L20/50 with no rig constraints.
