Unfortunately the market is very very long this name, and it appears it ain't going anywhere without serious news. You don't get a stock that trades 1.5 times it total shares on issue in two weeks, and no change in substantials, without leaving the trader market very very long. Further the move from 1.6 to 1.0 cents was so quick that stale longs are caught.
Buying it in the 1.0/1.1 area should still be a a good bet at some stage, but 1.2 cents is a bridge too far without news.
We are well overdue news, and Rob Haywood has been very good at letting us know when news is coming and he has suggested it is imminent.
As an outlier, I notice ISIS gets its serums produced in China. Given the recent 5 year plan to increase China's place in bio-tech, this is a potential source of new investor in antisense that could come out of left field!!.
