fund was reducing its short position and shorting at the same time, this sucks in the daily shorts and they just kept buying lower and lower, meanwhile his position nearly halves and the stock doesnt rally,, but they are still short, rates going to come down, results out soon......share price is still oversold......but imo he/ she/them are in total control up or down at the moment
