In my humble opinion, Looks from reading past CDG company announcements that MY /BCI has made a really good financial deal, as well as creating further relations with Chinese interests who are also involved with CDG.
Also on a sied note, I think that MY may use CDG to further his own gold interests as well as introducing BCI to future gold projects if all works out well with the IO side of things.
