The ASX are a company whose customers are all companies listed with them.

So given Metgasco are a customer, why would the ASX care? Yes, yes ASX are duty bound to follow/enforce regulations set down by governments etc but as long as the ASX are "seen" to be doing their job, all will continue as is.

ASIC represent government but Metgasco are not involving them. We would have to complain etc.

Unless there is something behind the scenes that is: a rabbit out of a hat, we are finished and the rest of my money is destined to go down the drain while all of the MEL board get to keep their jobs!
