    Yes Jake, these reports always make we wonder why MEL never had the balls to take on the green upstarts on the Lismore Council when they prevented the seismic work required to properly map Rosella.

    There is nowhere in the world that local councils have successfully managed to obstruct declared state policies. All they have done is to waste local taxpayers money.
