They have been crossing shares - this is done off market. Secondly, it makes no difference if you invest for fundamentals and hold more than a few weeks. Why lock them out. I'm not bothered they kept APZ down as now it's way above the SPP price. Similarly i'm not bothered with insto's selling out at 17cents or 15cents if we get there as the value of the company is higher and at the end of the day the share price reflects that.
