- Boliden's Ronnskar Smelter is 300km away from the mine which seems the most likely target for the company to sell a large part of its Cu. Great thing is that AVI's land is adjacent to a rail line which will make transport costs very cheap. Its location also allows it to ship Cu to one of Europe's other numerous smelters (it is important to remember that it's not only China that have smelters and that there are a lot of smelters in both western/eastern europe)

The presentation mentions that they are currently in negotiations with offtake partners.
Given that both LKAB & Boliden would be very interested to secure offtake from a cheap source of Cu/Fe I would be very surprised if they did not provide substantial funding/assistance to build the mine on very attractive terms. That imo will be the catalyst for the large re-rating of AVI.
