Finally we have small cap index negative, and big cap out-perform. It is a great opportunity to begin to accumulate small cap, particularly, small mining companies with great resources or potential.

My first round of small cap (buy in Mid Dec, and sell in in Early Jan) worked nearly to perfection. It is time to get ready for the second round as planned.

Cannot predict which particular one has potential, just a basket of them will be find. Accumulation, not outright buy, let price came to you, don't chase the market.

The buying opportunity could last for a couple of months, but the sale order have to be place around May statistically.
