Great post as always wayne - simple & to the point.

Heskumdai - of course we all are but that's the nature of biotechs in the world of science ( & in this you can add dealing with multi billion dollar pharmaceutical companies) everything takes longer than expected - i guess that was the big downfall with management trying to provide specific guidance on time frames & objectives, hopefully though it has been a learning curve for them aswell taking one step at a time.

Hey i always liked suprises more effective than something that is expected but comes late.
