I don't remember seeing it last time I checked a few weeks ago, but the NXS web site has a June 04 report from Grange Securities as well as a presentation to the Melbourne Mining club dated 20 July.
Also note that Apache had a 60day option to farm into P56 commencing from the date of P54 farmout execution. The date of P54 execution has not been given but an announcment that execution had occurred was made and it is labelled 09062004; this I assume is the announcement date. They appear to be a bit late.
The NXS June 30 quarterly report said that the announcement will be made after studies are completed in August. Most people would have assumed they were refering to the 60 day option which expired earlier this month. This may have been the reason for the share price run up a few weeks ago and its subsequent drifting down. However NXS may have extended the Apache farmin option. We shall find out soon enough.
