You can be your last dollar that UBS, DB and the other burnt hedge funds will be wanting to get their capital back in this dodgy disaster. They will also clip the ticket on the advisory and facilitation of the next T/O deal.
If Gary takes on Victor in the courts for the break fee he had better watch out for a nasty Victor lawnmower accident... mind you I am not sure Gary would know how to use a lawn mower given his skills. He will have a target on his back ... its the way our cousins in hammer and sickle land do business.
If the sp sinks any further sub 10c before 30 June on tax loss selling I am weighing back in.... or I could just go to the casino and play Russian roulette.
