Not sure whats good about it.
This CFO of OTL (Orion) was onboard since OTL's listing and reduced its SP from a high of 55c in 2005 to the sale to MTU in 2007 of around 22c.
In the 3 years OTL was listed it failed to turn a respectable profit and most years posted a progressively higher loss.
Amanda to give her credit saved OTL and managed to pawn it off to MTU for a reasonable price.
I'm not jumping for joy at Dwayne's appointment.
