to joyce evidently there is little faith in a cash flow turnaround through restructure from your perspective,its sentiment,realty says this turnaround is possible and given the major investment probable,as for 360mill the business could not be rebuilt from scratch for this,so i will leave you and any other downrampers to make your own risk/reward assessment
