I took it to mean that Mr Proctor was saying that they had deep pockets and could outlast Reward in any legal / judicial battle. Does this indicate that the Martu have $20m in some trust or is that Proctor's kitty?

Regarding Mr Proctor's negotiating approach - given what he committed to the record, I can only imagine how confrontational he must have been off the record.
