I attended an extra long AGM almost 3 hours.

GOG request to ammend motion 8, where a party,wishing to make a take bid of GOG, is not able to partially or selectively buy shares, to a certain level whereby, they take over the running of GOG, But must make a complete and unconditional takeover of all shares.

Beach directors excercising their right for a poll on motion 8, to stand in its original form where a partial takeover may be made - i.e offer to buy only some of ones shares, this took some time, computershare rep, needing to make up and print voting forms.

after voting on ammendment to motion 8 defeated result being in beaches favour.

Motion 6 - no to non execs renumertaion from current levels to $200,000

or selective takeover, i.e make offer for complete shares of one shareholder and not others

As announced Jetan has 2 directors on board, Ray Shaw to run GOG in caretaker mode, until Jan 1, where he will be appointed Managing director.
