    I went to a snooty French restaurant in Melbourne and ordered a Scotch over ice with a coke on the side.

    My God, the waiter nearly had a stroke. What a bogun he must have thought by his attitude.

    Then I ordered a bottle of Grange. Atmosphere changed immediately. You see, you can buy class.
