LOL, you've obviously lost money on TOL before Mad. There is nothing poor quality about TOL. With a DY of over 5%, and positive sales, dividends and book value growth over the last 10 years I'd like to hear your definition of a good company! I think its main sin is that its SP has never recovered from the GFC rout, but as a money generator its way up there.

Oil price weakness will only make it more profitable.
