Yes I agree 9.5-10 is the next hurdle for the OEL share price to jump, but I AM GUESSING THAT (in relative terms) not all that many shares will become available in the 9.5 to 10 cent share range.

The numbers may seem big but with less than 31% NOT held by
the top 20 I would class OEL as tightly held, and believe that on any success OEL shares while unloved and unnoticed by the market now will move up quickly in price and be properly rerated if not sent into the overvalued area, because once really noticed by the market,they would be started to be rated on potential.

IN MY OPINION OEL's share price would be impacted by a relative lack of available shares resulting from the size of the top 20 shareholding.
