Look at the volumes traded over the last month. It has been so small that you could hardly call it trading let alone speculation.
There has been so little volume on the bid and offer that anyone wanting to buy or sell any sizeable amount of stock has been shut out.
We'll know when the speculation really starts because the volume will tell us.
