my guess is there will be a speeding ticket response tonight, followed by a news release before Friday/Monday re casing on site (due December) and Essar Rig#4 in transit (with an estimate date on site) & site works.

I spent a few hours last week trying to sniff around the web on Essar and who they have been contracted to in Dubai to see where Rig#4 was at (recently drilling, packed-up, waiting on a dock, needing to be packed up etc). Not much came up. Essar own a bloody big shipping operation and Essar Oil Field Services (rig operations) would slide the rig on one of their ships when ready.
