If the first well strikes pay-dirt it’s a 10x minimum! = 0.15-0.20c and here’s why..

As it stands there are 11 prospects in the portfolio, that figure will no doubt grow as we lease more ground. Now if the first one works the rest will be valued exponentially!! so my 10x prediction may in fact be very conservative. Back of the envelope suggests a fully developed field (ie Enterprise) at say $280mcf will deliver free cashflow of circa $45mill pa for a min of 10yrs on a capex as low as $10-15mill (on a full field development) .. So payback is 4 months!! Yes 4 months!! Leaving some half a billion left over to be to develop the rest of Las Animos and pay shareholders one handsome divy!

So now let’s assume only a very conservative 4 discoveries are made across the entire county!.. I’m expecting a lot more but for the exercise let’s me modest..

4 x $45mill = $180mill per annum of free cash!! Let’s put that on a 5x multiple = 900m mkt cap or $0.90c a share. Clearly there will be some dilution along the way but at much much higher prices (after a discovery) so its not that much of a concern.

* 11 mapped prospects. There simply has to be more discoveries and more Model Domes!! Even if we have to drill 10 It’s only $3mill USD.. What the!!!!
