my opinion only, I think they may get the first drill out of the way with funds available, success may not need a cr but alas, one may be required in the future and if so I'm in for it as I'm sure others would agree, the potential is to high not to consider and there high confidence is a chance worth taking. they have a plan and that instills confidence for me, keep calm and stick to the plan!good luck all
