So is now a good time to buy? I’m thinking of buying a house and land up 30-35km north of Melbourne.
I’ve spoken to the land salespeople, and I managed to bargain with them. I got 33k reduced off the lot price! It was originally priced at 435k. Decent % off... So obviously they’re despo to sell and will do so for much less than advertised. And the home builders are all increasing their prices.. I hope I am making the right decision as a first home buyer!?
