Read Phil Anderson's "The Secret Life of Real Estate and Banking" which accurately illustrates the cyclic nature of real estate and uses a predictive clock to determine where real estate is in the economic cycle.
After 2019 prices will start to improve peaking in 2026 based on the real estate cycle and economic clock.

I’ll check it out! And Yeah a year off the bottom of the market can’t make that much of a difference if I’m in it for a long term investment right? I mean, even if land prices go down, the cost of the houses to build are going up. ‍♀️
