I don't see a massive overvaluation to be honest. MCP has shown us how difficult it is to make money with RE products these days at these prices. Main question: is the price decline over? I doubt it. Imagine MCP and Lynas producing on full steam, this would drive LREE prices down even lower.
Long term perspective is good of course, but is Lynas still a long term play?
