Although I have been accused of being overly negative on this stock, it seems others are now also getting concerned about the lack of progress.

Regardless, a legitimate question all should be asking is this:
Can a system that is proving almost impossible to deploy have a commercial future?
Looking at CWE's own wave charts, many of they main wave activity areas are in places that have worse weather than Perth. If CETO cannot be deployed in Perth, or only with the greatest difficulty, then can it succeed in these other places?
