The reason would be the same as huntleys reason for calling JBM a dog - coz they have absolutley no idea OR ulterior motives. Fair enuff calling a stock a sell due to any massive rise in price - to protect a clients profits but i am of the opinion (and you can call me paranoid but my fears are real) thats its to cause a selloff on a decent stock so they can minimise losses on warrants and options or buy in at decent prices. Look at the history of institutional trading. consortiums using pump n dump tactics to offload sht stocks or sell lightly to buy in heavily has happened for centuries. Its a bit harder now with the level of retail investing but to think it doesnt still happen is naive and BSL is a perfect stock to do it to.
anyone know how to get trading details from the ASX regarding who is buying and selling? If I could get names for each trade it would be easy to prove or disprove. But hey that would be too transparent.
