Hey guys,
this stock is currently a great buy simply due to its div yeild ... this country has a massive undersupply of housing... just take a look at the south west sydney developments such as Gregory Hills, Harington grove and Oran park and easy 20,000 lots along with developments soon to be unlocked in the surrounding area...thats alot of business for GWA in just the south west syd IMO
This has a fantastic future
