A great entry price

Hi Guys, Just referring to the announcement of $11.975 m capital raising. Noticed that the market cap is around 20 mn. If you are sophisticated investors (not a mum and dad share trader like us), will you blindly put your $11 mn in something which is dud??? The shares have been placed at $0.07 per share. I havent ever seen any company's share price forever below to what it was when a sophisticated investor entered. To me this seems like an easy 3 baggers at the very least. Another point I noticed was a substantial amount spent in marketing activities. If I run a dud company, I would rather pay myself and my friends in corporate office then paying the marketing team. I really think this is a highly over-beaten stock. Atleast its worth a punt at this price. You aint gonna lose more than what those instos have lost in worst worst worst case. Hope am not wrong this time.
