In my opinion the mannagers Nexus has and the limited time available I think it looks ok. It's great Shell are running things, you couldn't trust Nexus. Shell is coming in and telling the amateurs at Nexus, who got in way over their heads, to shut up and just stay out of they're way while the grown ups work. Michael Fowler can go back to making paper planes, playing solitare on the PC or having spit ball fights with his mate Arnett. I'm sure he'll be a little sleepy after all this work he might want a nap under his desk. I picture Fowler a bit like George Castanza from Seinfeld.

We will get a lot more profits and less stress with Nexus owning 17% and Shell in charge than Nexus in charge with 80% (could you really imagine all the stuff ups that would happen, I don't think it would get off the ground). Shell could add 10 times more value than Nexus ever could with the current management.

I just hope others see it the same way when NXS comes off trading halt.
