My hope had been at the end of last year, but that is now clearly a false hope. The deal with CNNC now takes CNNC purchases, equivalent to 25% of LH, off the spot market, so that won't do anything for the spot price.
The long list of new plants planned or in construction conveniently ignore the long list plants being decommissioned, so I don't expect salvation of uranium price any time soon.
The next trigger of sentiment and spot price will be restart of Japanese reactors which is looking like some time in the next half (year).
Maybe spot can reach, this year, a level sufficient to keep PDN afloat, but I have to agree Roger, 2016 is looking more likely for any significant rise in price.
