QBE is a gr8 target anyway.
Looking at all the possible reasons highlighted in the press.
Can't pass this off as a rumor.
I think it will happen.
Probably at a far higher price may B.
QBE management has failed its shareholders and is ripe for taking.
No doubt about that.
