Fairfax had the right industry, wrong target. It was Tower NZ by Fairfax Financial.
So the rumor was not too bad just misdirected.
Looking at the multiples, QBE should be about $18, IAG $6 SUN $14.
I am surprised Fairfax Financial went after TOW: I would have thought QBE, IAG or SUN were better.
