Spot on AuCu, can't understand why anyone would buy at the moment given that interest rises will come through shortly.
You dont need a degree in economics to see what the impact of these rises coupled with increasing fuel, food, utilities and day to day living expenses will have on people who have got big debt.
Only a matter of time i reckon.
