I have heard this all before but of course the targets are not the same but similar..

It seems that all you got to do is revise forecasts and most people forget about the past and hope for the future...

There is even a poster that says its been ongoing for decades..

What is their plan anyway.. they got no reserves of gold only JORC Resources.

Look at larger mining companies on how they plan to scale up mines..or make mines profitable. they first establish GOLD ounces in reserves (not resources which by definition is not reliable) before even starting to extract the GOLD.
