I think you are spot on with the GSA. When I last spoke to the company that was what the conversation focused on.

I believe the only sticking point will be the price, which is why esg is pursuing other options.

It get then say to any buyer, so and so is prepared to pay this much, so unless you match it, you can't have the gas.
