spot on, unfortunately this will continue until SDL is no longer...investors are hesitant in investing in a company lacking credibility tainted because of Hanlong's involvement...no disrespect to sdl management as they did what they could....the extra 30% is probably not worth the angst and there are plenty of other investment opportunities out there...
IMO I don't believe any signed conventions will be coming soon from Cameroon as I suspect this is a deal between China & Cameroon governments. Still happy to be proved wrong though with another bidder only having to up the bid by 11.11% to make it to 50c...watch the sp roar then - but while Hanlong are involved, there will be hesitancy as they cannot be trusted...
