credit approved term sheet due 31 august now revised to 29th of November - 2 additional months to bed down a lesser loan....thats interesting

I like the "financier commitment letter" due 1st of october, not sure why this BS letter couldnt come at the end of august or even mid august.

seems to me like they are trying to maintain as much uncertaininty in the deal going thru as possible.

would be interesting to hear other peoples thoughts
