Sure, one could surmise that this ad is for replacing a departed staff member - but one could also easily deduce that if the customer demand wasn't there, if one of the FP staff departed the business, they wouldn't replace them with a new headcount - for a business that manages business operations and staff utilisation to the ⁿth degree, that simply doesn't make sense, does it?

Think what you will, but IMHO, this is a subtle flag that utilisation of IAM's services is continuing to grow.
