I believe @s_hancock made a good point which you chose not to reply to:
"that if the customer demand wasn't there, if one of the FP staff departed the business, they wouldn't replace them with a new headcount"
I do how ever agree that Joy looks like she has been in the workforce for "30 minutes" but I do not hold that against anyone as looks can be deceiving.
