So what's the point insuring for a risk that only occurs in 100 years?

We use Sure insurance and the rates are a bit better.

The houses for sale in North Cairns is amazing.

Thinking of buying in Mount Sheridan for the same reason

crash near the tip blocked the highway for a while.
