    Re: the 'spite' seller theory... When should we be expecting a 'Change in Substantial Holding' notice???

    What qualifies for this notice (> 5 million shares?) and is it only issued when the selling has stopped, or at regular intervals throughout?

    I guess the pervading question is; when can we confirm/deny the 'spite' seller theory?
