I understand your position. As a bystander, this whole thing has been like a train wreck, don't want to watch but can't turn away. I know the company well, they have some very good assets and people. I truly hope for the sake of the employees and shareholders there is a way out, but it won't happen under the current Board and Management, they are seem as obstructionist and untrustworthy (word from the FI crowd, I won't add the rest) best say they would be outclasses among first year finance students.

The Banks could conjure a better result than is on the table, the question is whether they still hold interest or have written the loss, a billion split 20 ways is not a disaster. (I have no knowledge of the position).

As you say, only a few weeks to go for this round. I truly hope you get another play, if this one does not work out.
