With Holcim’s “green concrete” ECOPact reaching 29% of ready-mix concrete net sales in 2024 (up from 19% in 2023), EDE seems well placed to expands its sales with them and potentially become one of their growth partners. Will be interesting to see what happens with Holcim’s market separation of its North American business due to list in May and their appetite for more M&As. Media Release is worth a read.
