There are too many factors, and assumptions around this question and your comments that is beyond the scope of this forum, and I believe you know that. I don't disagree with many of your views, as they are often valid. They just need to come along with a footnote, that suggests there are many variables that need to play out before they can be validated. As an obvious point basing this information on share price of $2.60 may not be realistic, when the completion of the sale may not finalised for two years. Akin to placing the cart before the horse. 

I hope they don't distribute anything back to the shareholders. I believe it is better served as a share buyback at the very least. That's an 8% return and compounded in my view. Again, based on a crazy assumption the share price doesn't move from $2.60.
