The reason for raising the issue with private Lynch just to ilustrate just some of the lies told by the US.
It was reported by the US that she had been shot a number of times and although she had been shot and was surrounded by Iraqis she continued to fight. The US lied making her out to be some sort of rambo. She may very well have put up a good fight and may well be a very brave girl but she was not shot or stab.
