I would like to put forth a marvelous concept. What if a deal was made with the Hualapai tribe for an issuing of shares to the amount of 50,000,000 in an agreement to remove all blocks and come on board with the big sandy project?
Pros + All road block to production removed + It will be good for the AZL brand to have no conflict and two Native American tribes on board + AZL could lose the court case so this deal would be the only option anyway
Cons - Hualapai would essentially be doing no work for the shares other than allowing their neighbor to use their land - Prairie will be a (undeserving?) bonus for them - AZL could win the court case making the deal unnecessary
