I have been in SNC since listing - just over 4 years ago.
The share price is currently below the IPO price. It has rarely traded above the IPO price - for a couple of months around Feb/March last year it got up around 1.10-1.13. With hindsight, March 2017 would have been a good time to exit.
The NTA is only marginally higher than in early 2014.
It's all very well to say the dividends have been good and our capital preserved but no growth in 4 years is pathetic.
Certainly the worst performer of the LICs I have.
I still like the strategy and I thought **riel had the right credentials to successfully implement it.
But 4 years on, the results indicate otherwise.
Time to go?
