Following supertramps comments on the phase 2 results from 2 patients l believe that if ACL are true to their faithful they should continue to report on 1)- the continuing progress of the 2 concerned and 2)- the fate of others who have been recruited.
No one can pass any judgement on 2 patients over such a short timeframe even though it was encouraging. One other point l noticed when reading about that trial was that patients in their position usually respond very early and well to Irinotecan (not to be confused with HA Irinotecan).
The real test is progress over time with vastly improved progression free survival rates and thats what we need to see.
Not being negative , just realistic.
